The BRACE team, volunteers, and participants are fully convinced that a brighter future for Syria lays ahead. In an arena filled with despair, we seek to be a glimmer of hope. By bringing together parents, community members, and youth, we hope to create a space of positivity, inspiration, and hope. We also seek to provide the opportunity to build community agency by serving youth.

Syrian Youth are Incredibly Resilient
Syrian youth have endured hunger, war, siege, and pain. They have felt and experienced loss and despair. Ten years of war, means that children are now teenagers whom feel loss for opportunities or a future. Despite this, the children and youth of Syria remain incredibly resilient and remain hopeful.

We must support one another.
We seek to inspire an already rich community. Our vision includes the participation of the community, creating supportive networks for Syrian children all throughout the region. The participation of all parts of society is absolutely necessary in order to create sustainable and strategic change. BRACE is not a service organization, but an organization that thrives on community building and providing community ownership to programs.
